Brian M. Sikute is an expert Computer System Engineer and Trainer based in Lusaka, Zambia and works at the Commonwealth Youth Programme Regional Centre for Africa (CYP RCA), Commonwealth Secretariat as Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Director. Since 1999, he has also worked for Nalab Computer Consultancy and AfriConnect Zambia where his job included Training, Computer Programming, Client/User Support, and Network Engineering among others.
